The primary challenge was breaking down intricate medical jargon into easily understandable content that patients and families could digest, all while adhering to the stringent regulatory guidelines governing healthcare marketing.
We conceptualized and executed highly engaging, visually-driven campaigns that translated complex medical data into intuitive infographics, short-form videos, and interactive carousels. We executed 50+ monthly content pieces across healthcare awareness, seasonal conversations, and trending health topics, alongside large-scale COVID-19 communication campaigns covering vaccination, safety, home care, and mental health awareness.
The engagement-led strategy helped drive 200M+ YouTube views and a 180% increase in subscribers during the COVID campaign period. Beyond digital, we produced awareness films, patient stories, Doctor's Day and men's health campaigns, #HealthInAMinute expert-led videos, hospital event coverage, and offline assets including brochures, banners, standees, and activation collaterals for on-ground outreach initiatives.
