G.E.T. IN ACTION

Challenge

Global Energy Talent is an established player been in the Oil and Energy recruitment sector for many years now. But given the changing dynamics of the sector itself – and the digitization of communication around them, the time was ripe to go in for a rebrand and reconfiguration of their digital and print identities. The Challenge? Walking the fine line between “rebrand” and Brand 2.0 for a pure B2B organization.

Insight

B2B branding speaks a certain language – and the insight here was to marry the ethos and the USPs of GET with a very 'human' visual language. The language we needed to speak needed to match that of GETs clients – contextualized and customized for senior leadership, all the way to on-ground engineers.

CREATIVE APPROACH

We took the cue from the old Global Energy Talent logo – in terms of fonts and colours – and defined the Brand 2.0 look and feel. The visuals used were focused, narrative-driven and with as much human element as possible – with a defined content tone. The pictorial and infographical approach translated well seamlessly across all brand assets – from the revamped website to corporate collaterals and digital assets.


WEB DEVELOPMENT

We created a scalable & sustainable web identity for the brand in sync with Global Energy Talent brand motifs. Services showcase featured through a contemporary & future ready platform which has a robust & flexible technology framework. Using strong visuals and compelling communication, industry content was contextualized vis a vis different stakeholders. Contemporary user interface & navigation, with structured information architecture, ensured that the website is rendered perfectly on mobile and was ready to be optimised for SEO processes.
