SUBWAY is a global brand that has been operating in India for long & enjoys a loyal following but the fast food restaurant franchise business is becoming crowded & competitive. New perspectives are needed to reinforce the core brand mantra of ‘eat fresh’. Through a series of social media campaigns in sync with the brand’s product launches & associations, we have shared our approach, strategy & insights in building the brand’s social persona & presence.

Funded by the Gates Foundation, Global Development Network initiated a research to-policy project titled ‘Supporting Policy Research to Inform Agricultural Policy in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia’. We were tasked to develop a comprehensive outreach program globally on defining agricultural policy. The challenge was to reach key decision makers & stakeholders from across the world by leveraging technology & effective use of social media.
